Our Managing Director, Benjamin Masinge, has over 16 years of industry experience in engineering and has worked in a variety of engineering disciplines as a maintenance manager, group reliability manager, principal reliability manager, and specialist.
He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, an ISO level 2 certificate in vibration analysis, and several other globally acknowledged credentials. His job experience includes positions at SABMILLER, L'Oreal Manufacturing, SKF, BMG, Yellotec, and Barloworld Ingrain.
He has a strong interest in mechanical engineering and well knowledgeable about maintenance governance and asset management.
